Sponsor and Exhibitor Information
A variety of Sponsor and Exhibitor opportunities are available for the True Woman ’10 national women’s conferences. Ministries and organizations are urged to participate as a sponsor or exhibitor of this event as a way to further communicate your heart, vision,and passion for the message of biblical womanhood.
Sponsor Information
As a sponsor of True Woman ’10, you will receive the following:
- One (1) exhibit booth space
- Opportunity to submit up to ten (10) titles of books for the Resource Center
- Note: These resources need to assist in communicating and furthering the mission and message of biblical womanhood as referenced in the True Woman Manifesto.
- One (1) PowerPoint slide in the general announcement loop that will run before the sessions each day.
- Listed on the Sponsor page of the Conference Program booklet
- A link to your website listed on the Sponsor Page of the True Woman website for up to 1 year from the date of the event
- Two (2) complimentary conference registrations
- Two (2) Exhibitor Only conference passes
Cost:
- $1000 to participate in one of the True Woman conferences
- $1750 to participate in both True Woman conference locations

Exhibitor Information
As an exhibitor at True Woman ’10, you will receive the following:
- One (1) exhibit booth space
- One (1) PowerPoint slide in the general announcement loop that will run before the sessions each day.
- Listed on the Exhibitor page map/floor plan of the Conference Program booklet
- Two (2) Exhibitor Only conference passes
Cost:
- $500 to participate in one of the True Woman conferences
- $900 to participate in both of the True Woman conference locations

| Electric/Internet: | There is an additional cost to Sponsors and Exhibitors for this service. Rates may vary in each location depending on the requirements of each convention center. Information and Forms will be communicated to each sponsor and exhibitor as it becomes available. | ||||||||||||
| Materials: | You are permitted to carry in limited materials needed for your booth. If you need to ship materials ahead of time, that information will be provided to you separately. | ||||||||||||
| Tote Bag Insert: |
If your organization is interested in supplying an item for the conference tote bag, you will need to submit a sample for consideration and approval by the True Woman team. If approved, the item would need to be shipped to Revive Our Hearts in Michigan approximate 1 month before each conference. Listed below are the conference dates and the anticipated capacity for each venue:

Additional Information
- True Woman ’10 conference staff will determine the Sponsors and Exhibitors for each conference location upon completion and receipt of the Application Form.
- True woman ’10 will assign exhibit booth space on space availability and relevancy to the objectives of the conference.
- Sponsors and Exhibitors may offer gift or complimentary products at their booth for the conference attendees benefit.
- Sponsors and Exhibitors are not permitted to sell product from the booth space. Any “for sale” resources would be a part of the True Woman ’10 Resource Center (upon approval only).
