 Individual Packet = 1 promotional DVD and 10 printed brochures
 Small Church Packet = 1 promotional DVD and 50 printed brochures
 Medium Church Packet = 2 promotional DVDs and 150 printed brochures
 Large Church Packet = 3 promotional DVDs and 300 printed brochures
